After months of careful planning, research and searching for parts, I have finally moved my project to 80%.

Weight before upgrade: 16kg
Weight now: approximately 11kg
Average cruising speed before upgrade: average 19km/h, top 24km/h
Average cruising speed after upgrade: average 29km/h (thanks to better gear ratio), top 35km/h
